If a client wants their project to remain private, confidential, unpublished, or restricted from portfolio and marketing use, the client must inform Sigma Studios before the project begins.

Projects requiring an NDA, private handling, white-label delivery, or no-portfolio usage may require a separate agreement and an extra fee, since Sigma Studios will not be able to use that work for marketing, portfolio, or business development purposes.

Sigma Studios will respect any signed NDA or written confidentiality agreement once both parties have agreed to the terms.
